1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on CDRHub.in are virtual/digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and the files have been delivered or downloaded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• You received a corrupt or unusable file that cannot be accessed or opened.

• You received the wrong design file that does not match the description on the product page.

• The file is incomplete or missing essential elements clearly promised in the product description.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of your purchase at helpdesigns7@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• The product name

• A clear explanation of the issue (including screenshots if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You simply changed your mind after the purchase.

• You no longer need the design file.

• You do not have the software or technical knowledge required to use the files.

• The product did not meet your personal expectations if it matches the description and preview.
